Every code verifies for three years #

A code verifies for 36 months from the day its batch is switched on, whatever happens to the brand's plan. A brand can ask for a longer life.

A shopper is never told "expired" #

When a code's life ends, the scan page says the verification period has ended and gives the brand's contact. It never shows a red verdict and never raises a fake alert.

Your money never leaves your bank #

Rewards are paid from the brand's own payment account. AVRA never holds a brand's reward money.

You can export any time #

Your codes, scans and members are yours. Every list in the console downloads as a file, and your data says what is in each.

What happens to data when a brand leaves #

Nothing happens on its own. When a brand's account is closed, the brand has 30 days to export. After 60 days shoppers' personal details are removed; codes, scans and money records stay. Warranty records keep their details until the warranty ends, plus one year.
