For shoppers

Point your phone camera at the code on the pack. A page opens with the brand's name and one answer. You do not need an app, an account or a password.

What to do #

  1. Scan the code on the outside of the pack with the phone camera.
  2. Read the answer. GENUINE means the code is real and not yet claimed by anyone else.
  3. If the pack has a scratch panel, scratch it after you buy and type the code under it. That claims the pack as yours.
  4. If something looks wrong, tap Report a fake on the page. The brand sees your report.

What the answers mean #

Each answer states one fact about the code, never a guess about the product. The full list is on what each verdict means.

Your details #

A scan stores the time and an approximate place from the network, never your GPS. On the fake-report and reward forms you may choose to share your location; nothing is shared unless you tap. The privacy notice says what is kept and for how long.
