What this form collects

Your name, company, work email, phone, industry, annual label volume, which products you are interested in, who prints for you today, and what you type in the message box.

With it, the page you submitted from, any campaign tags in the link you arrived by, the domain that linked you here, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address — a keyed fingerprint we can compare but cannot turn back into the address.

Why

To reply to you, and to know which pages produce enquiries. Nothing else.

What we do not do

• We do not store your IP address.
• We do not sell or rent what you enter to anyone.
• We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
• There is no third-party form service between you and us: the form posts to our own server.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. We will publish a fixed retention period here once a scheduled deletion job enforces it — a period on a page that nothing enforces is a promise we could not show you we keep.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it erased, or raise a grievance — all at connect@avrascan.com. Our grievance officer is Siddhant Shah, at the same address. We reply within the period the Act and its rules set.

Version

v1, in force 18 Sep 2026. If we change anything material we publish a new version and ask again. We never edit this text under a consent already given.
